We design accessible, unique and meaningful programs for the people we serve taking into account their personal preferences and music interests.  With aims to address clinical and therapeutic areas of need such as cognitive, emotional, physical, social and spiritual areas of health and wellness.

Accessibility

We are pleased to offer online music therapy and counselling for individual and groups.  As well as mobile onsite services in Katarokwi/ Kingston, Ontario and K’jipuktuk/ Halifax, Nova Scotia areas.  Sessions can take place in schools, hospitals, community centres, long term care centres, and private homes.

 

We also provide presentations, workshops & education sessions within our communities.

Clinical & Therapeutic

Verbal and musical interventions are used to assess and treat areas such as cognitive, emotional, physical, social and spiritual health and wellness.

Summary Notes

Individualized summary notes are completed after every session and with consent shared with the individual, POA, family, facility staff, other healthcare professionals etc. to keep the circle of care informed with what’s occurring in the session.
