Are you feeling... Heavy. Overwhelm. Worthless. Numb. Trapped. Deep Sadness. Hopeless. Alone. Anxious?

We all have them. Those days when we don’t feel “on.” Difficulty functioning, not feeling well-rested in the mornings, going through our own journeys with mental health, feeling overwhelmed with the demands of our life and work responsibilities.
Days when, the instant you open your eyes in the morning, you just know you’re not going to be able to function the way you want or need to through your day. Debilitating headaches, brain fog, sadness, anxiety, panic attacks, confusion, nausea, distraction… when one or more of them takes over your day, you can feel helpless, frustrated, disempowered, depressed, and hopeless.
My work as a therapist is grounded in virtues of compassion and loving kindness. Calling those I work with into a brave space with open hearts. To cultivate a story that feels in alignment with our Truth, rather than getting pulled into narratives that simply aren't serving us.
We don't have to be alone in our pain, our grief, our trauma.
We are here to heal - together, in community.
We are now accepting new clients for counselling online across Turtle Island/ Canada or in person in K’jipuktuk/ Halifax, NS.
