Compassionate Online Support for Your Mental Health Journey
At Find Your Voice Music Therapy, we provide online counselling and music psychotherapy services that blend clinical expertise with the creative and expressive power of music. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, or navigating complex emotional experiences, we're here to meet you where you are—with warmth, empathy, and evidence-informed care.
Anxiety can feel overwhelming—like a constant hum of worry or a looming sense of dread. Through online counselling and music psychotherapy, we support clients in managing anxiety by offering tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and self-expression. Music can help soothe the nervous system, reframe anxious thoughts, and reconnect individuals to moments of safety and calm.
Depression and Grief When you're living with depression or navigating grief, it can be difficult to connect with yourself or others. Our sessions offer a space to explore the emotional weight of these experiences, whether that’s through words or music. We gently support clients in acknowledging their emotions without judgment and in rediscovering moments of joy, meaning, and connection. Music psychotherapy can provide a unique avenue for expression when words feel hard to find—supporting emotional release, identity rebuilding, and healing.
Living with Complex Emotional Experiences We welcome and support clients navigating diverse and layered mental health needs. You may live with a diagnosis such as borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, or dissociative disorders—or you might not have a diagnosis, but know that your emotional world feels intense, unpredictable, or hard to manage. We use the phrase “complex emotional experiences” to describe this reality with kindness, not pathology.
In our sessions, we honour your experiences without shame. Music psychotherapy can create a safe space for grounding, identity exploration, and the development of strategies to navigate intense emotions and inner fragmentation. You're not too much. Your story deserves to be heard, and your healing matters.
