Workplace Accommodations Support for Neurodivergent Employees

How We Help with Letter Writing Support for Employees

Navigating workplace accommodations as a neurodivergent employee can feel overwhelming. This service is designed to help you approach the process with clarity, professionalism, and confidence. Together, we’ll prepare a personalized Duty to Accommodate letter for your employer that reflects your needs while also supporting education and advocacy around neurodiversity in the workplace.

Why This Service?

  • Clarity and control — you decide what information you feel comfortable sharing.
  • Therapeutic expertise — letters are written from a counselling therapy perspective, ensuring your needs are communicated with professionalism and care.
  • Neurodiversity advocacy — each letter highlights the importance of accommodating different brain structures and working styles, helping employers better understand and support neurodivergent employees.
  • Confidence at work — gain support in navigating accommodation requests with respect and self-assurance.
